Whilst we hope you love all your purchases from us, if , for whatever reason, you’re not heading out the door to show off your latest wardrobe addition, we are more than happy to offer a full refund on all goods returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
We therefore advise all shoes to be tried on a carpeted surface until you are sure they will be living in your wardrobe.
To return an item to us, please complete the Returns Form that was included with your order and along with the unwanted items, send them back to us at;

This service is for the UK only and if you are unable to use this service or are returning an international shipment, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and refunds will not be given until our warehouse receives the package. We therefore advise to use recorded delivery and for all returns, obtain proof of postage.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition with all tags, cards and/or boxes they were received in. Please do not stick anything to or write on the shoe box. All items will be thoroughly checked by our warehouse and any items that are not in their original condition will be returned to you and a return cost will be charged.
We will issue a refund for returned item(s) purchased online according to our above policy. Refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
Please Note: Refunds may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
When an order is placed using a promotional/discount code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded.
Exchanges within the UK for full priced items are sent out free of charge. We can only send out free exchanges on orders and will not be able to process an exchange on an exchange, a new order will need to be placed in this case.
Outside of the UK, returned goods will be refunded and a new order will need to be placed for the requested exchange.
Please note sale items cannot be exchanged, but will be refunded and a new order would need to be placed if required.
We are happy to exchange an item for a different colour or size ONLY. If you want to swap for a completely different style, we ask that you place a new order. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at time of exchange you will be issued a refund.
Please ensure your package is clearly marked RETURNED GOODS in order to avoid import duty or any undue customs delay back into the UK. Should any costs be incurred by VARCA, these will be deducted from the refund.
Although, we try to get everything right, there may be the odd occasion we make a mistake. If we’ve sent you the incorrect item or there is a problem with your VARCA goods, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Depending on the problem, we’ll then either provide you with a refund, send you a replacement or the correct item.
