We aim to deliver your item as quickly and as safely as possible, especially when you are wanting them for your holiday. Please note that during the busy summer months some items might take a bit longer. Postage and Packing costs for the UK are clearly displayed at point of checkout. Overseas costs may be adjusted by Varca when your order is processed in line with the charges set out.

If by any chance you are not completely happy with the item, we will give you a full refund or exchange provided the goods are returned to us in an unworn and saleable condition within 14 working days of purchase. Return postage will be your responsibility unless of course the item is faulty. We cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us. There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return, just fill out the returns form, completing your surname and postcode and return it to:

Exchanges within UK are free of charge, however outside the UK a small charge would be incurred. We can only refund the card you originally used for payment. Please note sale items must be returned to us within 7 days for a refund. After that they can only be exchanged not refunded.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NON-UK/EU CUSTOMERS
Please ensure your package is clearly marked RETURNED GOODS in order to avoid import duty or any undue customs delay back into the UK.
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by the Custom authorities at any time. The Customer will be responsible for the relevant tax and duty to receive goods into that country.
